Question 1

How do I get listed?

Accepted Answer

Click "Get Listed", fill in your firm's details and upload proof of your partner certification for the platforms you work with. Once we verify it, your profile goes live and you can manage it from your profile page.

Question 2

Why use Stack & Find instead of an official partners portal?

Accepted Answer

Official partner portals tend to spotlight large agencies, which often can't give smaller businesses much attention. Stack & Find focuses on small and mid-sized consultants, so you're matched with people who want to work with a business your size. Our matching algorithm also puts consultants from your own country first, so you're more likely to share a time zone, language and business context.

Question 3

How is Stack & Find funded?

Accepted Answer

Partner Pro tier subscriptions fund the directory.

Question 4

Who can leave a review?

Accepted Answer

Anyone who has worked with a listed partner can leave a review after signing in. Each account can leave one review per partner, and reviews are checked before they appear.

Question 5

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Accepted Answer

Free shows your firm on one platform, with up to 2 services, up to 3 industries and 1 additional country besides your home country. Pro ($15/month or $120/year) unlocks all platforms, unlimited industries and services, up to 5 additional countries, a Book a call button, your team section, city and office details, reviews, analytics, and placement above Free listings in the directory.

Question 6

How is a partner verified?

Accepted Answer

Every partner uploads proof of certification when they apply. We check it by hand against their firm name and tier before the listing is published, and partners can submit new proof when their tier changes.

Question 7

Can a partner pay to be listed #1?

Accepted Answer

No. Positions can't be bought. Every partner gets equal time at the top through a daily rotation, so the order is the same for all visitors on a given day and doesn't jump around. Visitors can also sort by Most Reviewed, Top Rated, A-Z, Fastest Response or Recently Added. If we can show partners from the visitor's own country first, they rotate fairly within that group too.

Question 8

What proof of certification do you accept?

Accepted Answer

A screenshot or PDF from the platform's partner portal (for example monday.com's PartnerStack) showing your firm name and partner tier, or your official partner certificate. We only use it to confirm your status.

Question 9

Can a partner remove a bad review?

Accepted Answer

No. Partners can reply publicly to any review and can report reviews they believe break our rules, but only our team decides whether a review is hidden.

Question 10

How long does approval take?

Accepted Answer

Most applications are reviewed within 2 business days. If we need more information we'll email you, and you'll get another email the moment your listing is live.

Question 11

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel Pro from the Billing tab at any time. You keep Pro features until the end of the period you've paid for, then your listing returns to Free.

Question 12

Do you offer yearly billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pro is $15 per month or $120 per year, which works out to four months free. You can switch between the two at any time.

Question 13

Does it cost anything to contact a partner?

Accepted Answer

No. Searching the directory and contacting partners is completely free. Your message goes straight to the partner, and we never charge a referral fee.

Question 14

How do you determine the order in which partners appear in the directory?

Accepted Answer

By default, partners are shown using an automated daily rotation designed to give every certified partner fair and balanced exposure over time rather than permanently favoring a few firms. This order refreshes once a day so results remain stable while you browse, filter, or share links with colleagues; Pro partners receive priority placement within that schedule, but are still rotated equitably among themselves at each refresh. Visitors can also override the default rotation at any time using the directory’s sort controls to browse by highest rating, most reviews, or alphabetical order.

Question 15

How do you use funds you collect?

Accepted Answer

20% of every subscription fee goes straight into advertising. That brings more businesses to Stack & Find, which means more potential clients finding you.
